Cancellation & Refund Policy

Please read our cancellation and refund policy carefully. Last updated: March 2026.

1. Overview

At Anexg Tech, we are committed to providing a high-quality WhatsApp API platform. This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the terms under which you may cancel your subscription and request a refund. By subscribing to any of our plans, you agree to the terms described herein.

2. Subscription Cancellation

2.1 How to Cancel

You may cancel your subscription at any time through one of the following methods:

  • Log in to your Anexg Tech dashboard and navigate to Settings → Subscription → Cancel Plan.
  • Email us at info@anexgtech.com from your registered email address with the subject line "Subscription Cancellation Request".
  • Contact our support team via WhatsApp during business hours (Monday–Saturday, 9 AM–7 PM IST).

2.2 Cancellation Effective Date

Upon successful cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged for the next billing cycle. Access to paid features will continue until the subscription end date, after which your account will be downgraded to a free/inactive status.

2.3 Data Retention After Cancellation

Your account data, including contacts, campaign history, and chatbot flows, will be retained for 30 days after your subscription expires. After this period, data may be permanently deleted. We recommend exporting your data before cancellation.

3. Refund Policy

3.1 Free Trial

The Free 5-Day Trial is available at ₹0 and does not require any payment. No refund is applicable as no charges are made during the trial period.

3.2 Paid Subscriptions – Monthly Plans

For monthly subscription plans (Basic 30 Days, Pro 31 Days), refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of the subscription start date. Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis considering the following conditions:

  • The account has not exceeded 100 API calls or sent more than 50 messages during the subscription period.
  • A genuine technical issue on our platform prevented you from using the service.
  • The refund request is raised within the 7-day window from the date of purchase.

Partial refunds may be considered at our discretion if some usage has occurred.

3.3 Annual Plans

For annual subscription plans (Basic 365 Days, Pro 365 Days), the refund policy is as follows:

  • Within 7 days of purchase: Eligible for up to 80% refund of the annual amount paid, subject to usage review.
  • After 7 days: No refund will be issued for annual plans that have been in active use. However, we may consider account credit valid for the remaining period.

3.4 Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will NOT be issued in the following cases:

  • Subscription was cancelled after the 7-day refund window.
  • WhatsApp number was banned due to violation of WhatsApp's Terms of Service or spam practices.
  • Refund request due to change of mind or dissatisfaction with features already disclosed on our website.
  • Account suspended due to violation of Anexg Tech's Terms of Service.
  • Third-party integration failures (Shopify, Zapier, etc.) not caused by Anexg Tech.
  • Charges related to SMS OTP verification or Meta's messaging conversation charges.

4. Refund Process

Once a refund is approved:

  1. We will initiate the refund within 5–7 business days of approval.
  2. Refunds are credited to the original payment method (Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking).
  3. Depending on your bank, the credited amount may reflect in your account within 7–14 business days.
  4. You will receive a confirmation email with the refund transaction ID for tracking.

5. Disputed Charges

If you believe you have been charged incorrectly, please contact us immediately at info@anexgtech.com within 30 days of the charge. We will investigate and resolve the issue within 10 business days.

6. Plan Upgrades & Downgrades

When upgrading your plan mid-cycle, you will be charged for the new plan on a pro-rated basis for the remaining period. When downgrading, the new plan takes effect from the next billing cycle. No refund is provided for unused days when downgrading.

8. Policy Updates

Anexg Tech reserves the right to modify this Cancellation and Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
